Bisnep provides free, browser-based tools for processing PDF and image files. All processing occurs locally in your browser. We do not store, access, or transmit your files.

The service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Bisnep only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Site to:

• Process files that contain illegal content
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Site
• Circumvent any security measures on the Site

4. Your files and content

Because all processing happens in your browser, we never receive your files. You are solely responsible for the files you process using our tools. You confirm that you have the right to process any files you upload and that doing so does not infringe the rights of any third party.

5. No warranty

Bisnep is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The tools will always be available or error-free
• The output will be suitable for any particular purpose
• The tools will work correctly with every PDF or image file

Always keep a copy of your original files. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from use of our tools.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bisnep shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its tools, including but not limited to data loss, file corruption, or business interruption.

7. Intellectual property

The design, code, content, and branding of bisnep.com are the property of Bisnep and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without written permission.

The third-party libraries used by our tools (PDF.js, pdf-lib, etc.) are open-source and subject to their own respective licences.

8. Third-party services

The Site may display advertising through Google AdSense and use third-party CDN services to load libraries. These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies which you should review separately.

9. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from use of the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
